Pink Kitchen

I remember going to the Ticked Pink Bazaar last year.

This year, I Can Serve has a new idea!  They’re having a high end style food court!  We hear about all these great chefs but have never had a chance to try their cooking, because some don’t actually have a restaurant of their own.  Well, now, with Pink Kitchen, they’re going to be together under one roof and we can try them all!

ICanServe and ABS CBN Publishing invite you to tickle your taste buds at “Pink Kitchen,” a benefit food and drink festival this August 11 and 12, Saturday and Sunday at the Rockwell Tent. All day eating from 11am to 10 pm for the whole family.

It features the country’s top chefs who will prepare original and signature dishes. We have an array of international cuisine from Cuban, Burmese, Indonesian, Italian, Spanish, Thai, Chinese, French,Moroccan, and Continental. There will be a salad bar, a macrobiotic food from San Benito The Farm.

It will also offer freshly baked breads from Malaysia, under licensed from Hiestand of Switzerland with no preservatives and considered Halal which you will see retailed for the first time in Manila. Normally, this is only available at hotels.

Of course Pinoy food too. Wine, smoothies, gelatos, all kinds of deserts! And many more. This is a rare treat since the featured who don’t own restaurants or have one tucked away in the provinces.

There will be free special seminars in the afternoon like cake decorating, wine tasting, table arrangement, Ikebana, nutrition, and many more.

This is made possible by the support of San Miguel, Meralco, Enderun, Salad Time, Coca Cola and Del Monte.

Proceeds go to the ICanServe Foundation, an advocacy group that empowers women with information on breast cancer and provides special services for cancer survivors. ICanServe is gearing up for the first nationwide early breast cancer detection program.
