Bazaar Selling

Last weekend, Ella and I (with R and K), were at the Cuenca Covered Court in Ayala Alabang Village to “launch” our diapers. We also sold slings, and some fireworks (Starmaker, of course!), and Maxellium (fiber supplement that my FIL brought in from China).

We were so tired but it was so fun! We met lots of new people, made some friends (K made lots of friends!) like Mia Abiva Casal (her clay collection was so pretty!), and shopped a bit (yes, I got a pair of pants…goodbye profits! Hahahaha!).

I realized that it truly is fun selling things that you believe in. I’ve always thought that I wasn’t cut out to be a “sales person”…perhaps I really am not. Perhaps it’s just because I really like the stuff we make and sell and I just want to share the joy. Yeah, maybe that’s it. I still can’t sell an igloo to an Eskimo, but because I truly believe in cloth diapering and in babywearing, it’s a whole lot easier!

Anyone want a diaper? How about a sling? =)
