Okay, so I haven’t been having much junk in the form of chips lately. Nor have I been eating too much meat (many thanks to my high school friend Carol who grows greens up in Tagaytay!). Not only that, I’ve been running! (More like walk/jog but “run” sounds a lot more impressive.)

While I feel I shouldn’t say anything about it (because every time I make announcements on Plurk, or Facebook, I stop soon after!), I think it would be nice to share will all of you (parang ang dami, and I don’t even know if you guys run!) this neat program I found off the net!

It’s called Trail Runner and can be found HERE. It allows you to plot your running paths (thus knowing how many km you run!). You can create routes as well. And if you have that Nike chip thing (which I don’t) that you can use with your iPod, you can export and import data from your program!

So, not just thanks to Lululemon, but also to Trail Runner! With you guys, I am inspired.
